Schoen FJ,等在其研究中 ,使用經(jīng)戊二醛預(yù)處理的牛心包材料在植入大鼠皮下8周(56天)后,鈣化程度達(dá)到200μg/mg。
欣吉特的瓣膜組織在8周大鼠皮下植入中的鈣化實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果優(yōu)良,瓣膜鈣化量遠(yuǎn)小于以上這些實(shí)驗(yàn)研究中的經(jīng)抗鈣化或未經(jīng)抗鈣化處理的瓣膜材料。并且在后續(xù)的動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)及臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)中均未見(jiàn)與鈣化相關(guān)的不良事件。
